Located at the west of the province of Valencia . It includes the municipalities of Camporrobles, Caudete de las Fuentes, Fuenterrobles, Requena, Siete Aguas, Sinarcas, Utiel, Venta del Moro y Villagordo de Cabriel.
Soils
They are, most of them, almost reddish brown and limestone composition, poor in organic matter and with good permeability. In the horizon of the vineyard, some trees are included, and the vineyards are surrounded by the forest.
Climate
Continental with Mediterranean influences, cold winters and summers something smoother than other zones of the province. The rain index is low and the annual average is 400mm.
